Public Meeting Room

 

What is the Public Meeting Room?

     The Public Library for Union County offers a carpeted, climate-controlled, multi-purpose room with a seating capacity of 50 people for use by on a first-come, first served basis by reservation only.

 

Who may reserve the room?

     The Public Meeting Room is available for non-profit organizations only.

 

How do I reserve the room?

    Reservations may be made either in person at the library or by telephone 523-1172.

    The room may not be reserved more than three months in advance.  All meetings must begin and end during regular library hours.  A

 

staff member who is on duty will open the room for the meeting.  There is no fee to reserve the room, but donations  are accepted.

     A member of the group must sign a library policy sheet before the meeting begins.
