Union County Pennsylvania can be a great place to live and work. The Union County Library System offers free access to many different materials as well as information about services and even free computer skills classes. - Learning Express Library provides students and adult learners with instant access to the most comprehensive collection of test-preparation tools, skill-building materials, and career resources available. Includes math, reading and writing skills; preparation and practice tests for GED, college entrance, and U.
