Stories, games, and songs for children up to one year of age, along with a parent or caregiver are all part of this new early literacy program. Registration is required by calling 570-523-1172. This program is one of the ways The Public Library for Union County supports the PA Forward Initiative by providing Basic literacy opportunities for learning.
