Learn how to use pastels to create a finished work of art during this workshop with local artist and jewelry maker Til Chapman. Cost is $50 and each participant takes home a completed piece. Those attending may bring their own pastels; however, materials are provided. It is recommended that students bring a lunch as there is a short meal break. Class size is limited to 10. Reserve your seat by visiting the circulation desk or by calling 570-523-1172. This program is one of the ways in which the Public Library for Union County supports the PA Forward Initiative by providing Civic and Social Literacy opportunities for learning.
