Foyer Display Cases

The Public Library for Union County offers patrons the opportunity to share their collections or hobbies with the public by exhibiting items in the glass-fronted display cases in the lobby of the building.

Although the display cases are locked, the library cannot cover the cost of insuring exhibits.  Therefore, exhibits are displayed at the owner’s risk

The display cases are not intended for the use of businesses or individuals to use for sales opportunities.  The library reserves the right to reject any proposed exhibits which it deems unsuitable for display.

Non-profit organizations and clubs are encouraged to make use of the display cases to educate the public about programs and services that are available to them

To register, please print and complete this form and give it to a staff member at the circulation desk.  The library will schedule exhibits on a monthly basis.

The dimensions of each of the four cases are: 3’11” wide by 4’6” high by 12.5” deep.
